Who Wins

Pre-6, you lose this lane: Camille's E into W slow removes your mobility advantage entirely, and Twitch's poison stacks punish you during the slow window before Soraka can heal you.
Post-6, you still lose the extended 2v2 because Camille's R cages you and Twitch's R amplifies damage in a confined space — your only win condition is to avoid the all-in entirely.

Your best pattern is to use your E to reposition laterally along walls to generate W stacks, poke with Q through minions, and never commit to a full trade unless Camille has already used her E on a non-lethal target.
The moment Camille's E is on cooldown is your only safe window to extend a trade.

Push the wave consistently to deny Twitch passive gold stacking under tower and to force Camille to choose between engaging or losing CS.
Do not freeze — a frozen wave near their tower is a death trap because Camille can dive you with tower aggro and Twitch can stealth to reposition.

Do not use your E aggressively into Camille — she will W you mid-dash and you will be slowed inside her passive zone with no escape.
Save E strictly for repositioning away from her, not toward her.
