Pre-6, Twitch + Camille win this lane: Camille's E gap-close and W slow make it nearly impossible for you to dodge or reposition, and your Q is too slow to reliably heal through their burst.
Post-6, your R changes the equation only if your team can follow up elsewhere, but in the 2v2 itself Camille's R still locks you down and Twitch's poison stacks will outpace your healing.

Your best pattern is to use Q to poke Twitch from max range when Camille is not in position to engage, then immediately W yourself or your ADC if Camille commits.
Never use Q aggressively when Camille is within E range of you, as you will be the primary target and your E silence buys only a brief window.

You should not roam — your kit is entirely reactive and your ADC is already losing the 2v2 without you.
Stay in lane, prioritize keeping Zeri healthy enough to farm, and look to shove the wave only when both enemies are recalled or dead to deny them reset timing.

Do not stand still to channel Q when Camille has her E available — she will dash through you, stun you mid-cast, and the heal will be wasted.
