Pre-6, Twitch + Camille win this lane: Camille's level 2 E spike lets her close on Zeri immediately, and your Q stealth allows you to reposition for a free poison stack application while Soraka is forced to choose between healing and dodging.
Post-6, your R + Camille's R is a near-guaranteed kill because Soraka's E silence is too short to prevent the cage from resolving.

Your best pattern is to Q into stealth, let Camille E onto Zeri first to draw Soraka's attention, then walk up from an unexpected angle to apply poison stacks and auto-attack chains.
Soraka will be forced to W herself or Zeri, burning her mana, and you can disengage before she can Q you effectively.

Do not hard push the wave — keep it slightly slow-pushed toward their side to deny Zeri safe farming and to maintain brush control for your Q stealth.
A pushed wave removes your ambush angles and gives Zeri a safe recall window.
