LaneDiff costs me $50/month to run. If it helped you win a lane, a small tip keeps it alive. 💙

Who Wins
- Pre-6, you lose the 2v2 — Caitlyn's range advantage combined with Lux's Q root means you cannot reliably stack feathers or trade efficiently without taking significant poke damage.
- Post-6, your R changes the dynamic entirely by making you untargetable during Caitlyn's ult and Lux's ult, and if Rakan lands his R engage, you can counter-engage with feather recall for a strong kill window.
Synergy & Trading
- Your best trading pattern is to use Q to place feathers, bait out Lux's Q by sidestepping, then have Rakan engage with W so you can auto-attack through the feathers and recall them with E while enemies are crowd-controlled.
- Never initiate the trade yourself — let Rakan create the engage and follow up, because walking into Caitlyn's trap range without CC support is a death sentence.
Wave Control/Roaming
- You want to play for a slow push or slight freeze near your side of the lane to deny Caitlyn's poke range and force her to walk up, where Rakan can engage.
- Avoid hard shoving because Lux and Caitlyn will out-poke you under tower and you lose the attrition war at range.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Do not use R reactively to dodge poke — save it specifically for Caitlyn's R or Lux's R when they are used as kill attempts, because wasting R on a non-lethal situation removes your only defensive tool for the next 2+ minutes.
- Holding feathers too long in lane without a clear recall window also lets Caitlyn walk over them and reset your setup.
