Who Wins

Pre-6, you lose the 2v2 — your Q and W require setup time that Leona's level 2 all-in completely negates, and Caitlyn's range means you take damage before your combo lands.
Post-6, your R is a strong equalizer if Leona has committed her E, since she cannot interrupt your channel if she's already engaged and Ezreal can follow up, but you need Leona's cooldowns burned first.

Your best trading pattern is to use W to slow a target, then land Q to knock them up and stack your passive for burst — but only initiate this when Leona has used E or is clearly out of range, otherwise she will cancel your combo with her engage.
Use E as a follow-up after your Q connects rather than as an opener, since its damage scales with passive stacks already on the target.

You should generally not roam pre-6 because Ezreal has no reliable engage to capitalize on a 1v2 situation and Caitlyn will freely push and take plates.
Post-6, a roam to mid after shoving the wave is viable if Leona has recalled or died, since your R has enough range to contribute to a mid skirmish without deep commitment.

Do not stand at a range where Leona can E onto you — her engage range is longer than most players respect, and if she lands E+Q on you, your combo is interrupted and Caitlyn's follow-up will likely kill you.
Positioning behind Ezreal so he absorbs the initial engage threat is critical to keeping your combo windows available.
