LaneDiff costs me $50/month to run. If it helped you win a lane, a small tip keeps it alive. 💙

Who Wins
- Pre-6, you lose the 2v2 — Nautilus Q into Hwei combo will kill or severely chunk you before you can stack Silver Bolts, and you have no reliable escape from the hook.
- Post-6, you gain R invisibility which makes Nautilus R harder to follow up on, but Hwei's AoE and Nautilus passive slow still threaten you heavily, so you are still unfavored unless Swain's R sustain buys you enough time.
Synergy & Trading
- Stay behind Swain at all times so he absorbs the Nautilus hook and you can freely auto-attack from a safe position; only step up to CS when Nautilus Q is on cooldown.
- Use your E to pin Nautilus against terrain if he dashes onto you, which interrupts his follow-up and creates distance.
Wave Control/Roaming
- Play for a slow push or freeze near your tower to deny Nautilus easy hook angles and force him to overextend to reach you; a frozen wave also lets Swain sustain through poke safely.
- Avoid pushing the wave into their tower as it gives Nautilus short-range hook opportunities and removes your escape space.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Do not try to 1v1 Nautilus or walk up aggressively when his Q is available — even with R active, his passive slow and E root chain will lock you down long enough for Hwei to burst you.
- Respect the hook range at all times and only trade when Nautilus has already used Q on Swain or missed.
