Who Wins

Pre-6, you lose the 2v2 consistently because Leona's level 2 all-in reaches you before your poison stacks deal meaningful damage, and Samira's W blocks your Q stealth approach if she anticipates it.
Post-6, your R gives you a window to win if Rell lands her W+E first and you can spray through both enemies, but Samira's R will still out-damage you in a straight exchange if the fight drags on.

Your best pattern is to use Q to enter stealth, reposition to an angle Leona cannot easily E toward, and wait for Rell to initiate before revealing yourself with autos to stack poison, then use E to slow both enemies and maximize your R damage.
Never auto-attack first to reveal yourself before Rell has CC'd Leona, because Leona will immediately E onto you.

You want a slow-push or freeze near your tower in the early game to deny Samira from walking up and building passive stacks safely, since she needs to be in melee range to stack her passive and a frozen wave forces her to overextend.
Avoid hard-pushing because it removes your safe recall windows and lets Leona roam freely.

Do not use Q stealth aggressively when Leona still has her E up, because she will simply E onto you the moment you reappear and Samira will chain her combo immediately.
Your stealth is a repositioning tool in this matchup, not an initiation tool.
