Who Wins

Pre-6, you lose the 2v2 cleanly because Caitlyn's range lets her poke you before you can stack poison, and Nami's W sustain negates your damage while Pyke's hook is your only real threat tool.
Post-6, your R completely flips the matchup since your spray damage hits both of them simultaneously and Pyke's R can execute whoever you burst down first.

Your best pattern is to use Q stealth to reposition and stack poison on Caitlyn from an unexpected angle, then have Pyke E hook her into your full auto-attack chain while she is out of position.
Avoid extended poke wars pre-items because Caitlyn's range and Nami's healing will consistently out-sustain your damage output.

Play for a slow freeze near your tower to deny Caitlyn her range advantage and force her into uncomfortable positions where Pyke's hook angles are more accessible.
Do not shove the wave aggressively because Caitlyn under tower with Nami's peel is nearly impossible to kill and you waste your stealth approach windows.

Do not use Q stealth aggressively pre-6 without Pyke being ready to follow up, because Caitlyn's E trap placement and Nami's Q bubble will punish your approach and you will take heavy damage without completing the kill.
Popping out of stealth at half health into Nami's W-empowered Caitlyn autos is a losing trade every time.
