Who Wins

Pre-6, you win short trades if you land your Q bubble on Twitch and follow with W and E empowered autos, but Pyke's E hook into Twitch poison is a serious threat that punishes any overextension.
Post-6, their kill pressure spikes significantly with Pyke's R execute, so you need to play more reactively with W heals and save Q for peel rather than engage.

Your best pattern is to bait Pyke into using his E, then immediately Q bubble Twitch and chain W onto Caitlyn for the empowered auto burst trade.
Do not initiate with Q into Pyke's E range because a missed bubble near him means Caitlyn is unprotected and Twitch can freely stack poison.

You should not roam proactively because Caitlyn needs your peel against Twitch's stealth and Pyke's roam threat is already high, meaning leaving lane gives them a free dive or tower plate.
If you must roam, do so only after a successful level 6 kill where both enemies are recalled and the wave is pushed in.

Do not use your W offensively on Twitch when Pyke is unwarded, because committing to a trade without knowing Pyke's position frequently results in you being hooked mid-animation and Caitlyn dying without support.
Wasting Q on a miss in a lane with this much burst potential is often a death sentence for Caitlyn.
