Who Wins

Pre-6, you win the 2v2 if you respect Pyke's E hook range and use your superior range to poke Twitch down before he can stack poison.
Post-6, Twitch's R dramatically shifts the fight in their favor since his damage output at full stacks with Pyke's R execute threat can burst you before Nami's healing compensates.

Use your range advantage to auto-poke Twitch whenever he steps up to last-hit, and coordinate with Nami's W to proc her E empowered autos for burst trades rather than extended fights where Twitch's poison stacks accumulate.
Avoid standing in chokepoints where Pyke's E can hook you into a full Twitch combo.

Push the wave consistently to deny Twitch farm under tower, as he is a scaling champion who needs items to become a threat, and your range lets you safely shove without overextending.
Avoid freezing near their tower since Pyke's roam threat and Twitch's stealth make deep positioning extremely dangerous for you.

Do not stand still or cluster with Nami when Twitch has R active, as his spray damage hits both of you and Pyke's R can chain-execute if you are both low.
Overextending for kills when Pyke has R available is a common fatal mistake since his execute resets make a 2-for-0 into a 0-for-2 very quickly.
