Who Wins

Pre-6, Twitch+Leona wins the 2v2 decisively, especially at level 2 when Leona hits E+Q and your poison stacks amplify the burst — Tristana cannot disengage fast enough to avoid the full combo.
Post-6, the matchup becomes more contested because Tristana's R can interrupt your positioning and Blitzcrank's hook on Leona removes her peel, so you need to play more carefully around your Q stealth.

Your best trading pattern is to stack poison passively through safe autos, then use Q to go invisible and reposition while Leona engages — come out of stealth from an unexpected angle to maximize your E spray damage when the target is already CC'd.
Never auto-attack aggressively without Leona's CC landing first, as Tristana's range advantage punishes you in extended poke trades.

Let the wave push toward you slightly to create a freeze or slow push near your tower, which forces Tristana to overextend for CS and gives Leona easier all-in angles.
Avoid hard shoving the wave because it removes your safe farming space and lets Blitzcrank hook you in the open.

Do not use Q to escape reactively after you are already hit by Blitzcrank's hook — the slow and pull will cancel your stealth window and leave you fully exposed.
Save Q for proactive repositioning before a fight or to dodge a hook you see coming, not as a panic button.
