Who Wins

Pre-6, you win the 2v2 outright, particularly at level 2 when your E+Q combo with Twitch's poison burst kills or forces summoners from Tristana before she can E away.
Post-6, Blitzcrank's R silence can interrupt your R, and Tristana's R knockback can displace you mid-combo, so your all-in advantage narrows and requires more precise execution.

Your best trading pattern is to walk up with E onto Tristana specifically — she is the squishier target and cannot sustain through your combo the way Blitzcrank can tank it.
After landing E+Q, hold your W to extend the stun duration and give Twitch maximum time to stack and spray damage.

You should not roam because Twitch is extremely vulnerable to Blitzcrank hooks without you present, and a single hook onto Twitch without your peel results in a free kill for the enemy.
Stay in lane, maintain vision control in the river bushes to prevent Blitzcrank from hooking Twitch through fog of war, and look for repeated all-ins rather than roams.

Do not engage when Blitzcrank's hook is available and you have no vision of where he is standing — walking into hook range to initiate is the primary way this lane gets reversed on you.
Always force Blitzcrank to show his hook cooldown before committing your E onto the enemy carry.
