Pre-6, Twitch+Leona wins most 2v2s: Leona's level 2 all-in with E+Q is extremely punishing, and Twitch's poison stacks amplify burst damage faster than you can disengage with your E.
Post-6, you gain meaningful kill threat with your R knockback resetting Blitzcrank's hook angle, but Leona's R can still lock you down before you get that window.

Your best trading pattern is to use E on Twitch when he steps up to stack poison, then immediately W-jump away before Leona can follow up with her E — never commit to a full trade unless Leona's E is on cooldown.
Blitzcrank's hook on Leona is your signal to unload damage on Twitch, not the other way around.

Push the wave consistently using your passive explosive charges on minions to maintain level parity and deny Twitch's passive gold stacking under tower — a slow wave gives Leona free all-in opportunities.
Avoid freezing; a fast-pushing wave forces Leona to choose between engaging and losing CS, reducing her all-in windows.

Do not use your E offensively to jump onto Twitch unless Leona is already CC'd or out of position — jumping in without that condition gives Leona a free E+Q combo on you with no escape.
Your E is your only reliable disengage tool in this matchup and burning it aggressively will get you killed.
