Who Wins

Pre-6, you win the 2v2: your range advantage lets you freely stack E on Jinx who has no mobility, and Nautilus's hook threat keeps Veigar from safely setting up his E cage.
Post-6, you still have the advantage because your R resets on kills and Nautilus R into your E burst can one-shot Jinx before Veigar can react with his R.

Your best trading pattern is to auto Jinx repeatedly to stack E, then when Nautilus hooks Veigar or Jinx, immediately detonate E with an auto and W to maximize burst before they can reposition.
Avoid letting Veigar land a clean E cage on you, as Jinx inside the cage with minigun will shred you faster than you expect.

Push the wave aggressively with your W to deny Jinx cannon farm and force her to CS under tower where Nautilus can set up dives at level 6.
If Veigar is low on health from poke, consider freezing slightly to bait him into overextending for a Nautilus hook kill.

Do not use your R to disengage when Veigar has his R available — if you jump away and land near Veigar, he will immediately R you for massive damage since his AP scales off your missing health.
Save your R for killing Jinx or escaping toward safety away from Veigar.
