Who Wins
- Pre-6, you and Ezreal have a slight edge at level 2 if you land Q into E combo before Nami can respond with her Q, but Nami's W sustain and Vayne's E poke make extended trades risky — you win short all-ins, not prolonged skirmishes.
- Post-6, your R adds a reliable engage tool, but Vayne's R makes her nearly unkillable in a prolonged fight, so you must burst her down quickly or disengage.
Synergy & Trading
- Your best pattern is to Q-hook Vayne when she steps up to last-hit, immediately E through her to knock her back into your Ezreal's Q, then W to slow the escape — this forces Nami to burn W or bubble reactively rather than proactively.
- Avoid trading when Nami's W is up and Vayne has stacked Condemn range on you, as the combination of knockback and heal will reverse the trade.
Wave Control/Roaming
- You have no meaningful wave control tools, so let Ezreal push the wave with Q to deny Vayne CS under pressure, then look to roam or zone.
- Avoid standing in the wave yourself — your job is to threaten hooks that force Vayne off CS, not to clear minions.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Do not throw out your Q blindly into Nami's bubble range — if she lands E on you mid-hook animation, you are stunned and your engage is completely wasted.
- Patience on Q is critical; wait for Nami to use her E or Q offensively before committing your hook.
