LaneDiff costs me $50/month to run. If it helped you win a lane, a small tip keeps it alive. 💙

Who Wins
- Pre-6, you and Vayne lose to an aggressive Thresh level 2 all-in if he lands Q — your Q bubble is the only tool to interrupt his chain, but it is slow and easy to dodge, so you cannot reliably prevent the combo.
- Post-6, you win sustained fights because your W healing outpaces Ezreal's poke damage and your R can interrupt Thresh's engage or Ezreal's E escape, giving Vayne the time she needs to stack Silver Bolts.
Synergy & Trading
- Your best pattern is to keep W charges on Vayne proactively during poke phases, then use E on Vayne when she goes for an auto-attack trade to amplify her Silver Bolts damage and slow the enemy.
- Save your Q for interrupting Thresh's post-hook follow-up rather than trying to initiate with it, as the slow projectile is too easy to dodge in open trades.
Wave Control/Roaming
- You should not roam early — Vayne is extremely vulnerable to Thresh dives without your healing, and leaving her alone against a Thresh-Ezreal lane is a near-guaranteed death.
- After level 6, if the wave is pushed and Vayne has enough sustain items, a quick mid roam with R can be impactful, but only when the wave is crashing into the enemy tower.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Do not spam W on Vayne for minor poke — you have limited mana and Thresh-Ezreal will outlast you in a war of attrition if you run dry.
- Reserve W for meaningful trades or when Vayne drops below 70% health, and use E more aggressively to enable her Silver Bolts stacking.
