Who Wins

Pre-6, you lose the 2v2 if Leona lands E onto Twitch — your W tether requires Twitch to stay near you, and Leona's stun interrupts his ability to reposition.
Post-6, your R fundamentally changes the dynamic and makes an all-in from Leona and Ziggs survivable, but you must have it available and communicate the timing to Twitch.

Your best trading pattern is to keep W active so Twitch benefits from your passive armor stacks, and use Q to heal whenever Ziggs' poke has chipped you both — do not use Q aggressively into Leona's range.
When Leona engages, immediately E to stun her and break her combo window; your E is your most important ability in this matchup.

You should not roam early — Twitch is extremely vulnerable to Leona's engage without you present, and leaving him alone even for 10 seconds is a free kill for the enemy.
If you do roam post-6, only do so after a wave crash with Twitch safely under tower, and only if your R is available to return for a potential dive.

Do not let your W tether break by walking too far from Twitch — Leona will look to E onto Twitch specifically to isolate him from your passive armor and healing.
Staying tethered is your primary defensive responsibility; chasing Ziggs or Leona and breaking the tether is the most common way this lane is lost.
