Pre-6, you win the 2v2 if you land E onto Twitch before he can go invisible — Taric's W tether and Q sustain make extended trades dangerous, so you need to burst fast and disengage.
Post-6, your R gives you a reliable engage tool that Taric cannot fully negate, and Ziggs' waveclear keeps you from being shoved under tower where your engage becomes ineffective.

Your best trading pattern is to E onto Twitch specifically, not Taric, since Taric's passive armor stacks and W make him a poor primary target — chain E into Q stun and let Ziggs land W slow or Q bounce to extend the lockdown window.
Avoid prolonged trades where Taric's Q heals repeatedly; your goal is a burst window, not a sustained fight.

You have no meaningful wave control, so rely on Ziggs to manage the wave — your job is to maintain a position that threatens engage without overextending into Twitch's poison range.
