Pre-6, you and Caitlyn win the lane through sustained poke — your Q combined with Caitlyn's auto-attack range consistently chunks Hwei and Camille without them having reliable ways to retaliate at that distance.
Post-6, you become a high-priority kill target: Camille's E into your position followed by Hwei's R is a near-guaranteed kill on you, so your pre-6 lead must translate into enough pressure to prevent that scenario.

Layer your Q poke onto whichever target Caitlyn is auto-attacking to maximize damage per trade window, then use your W to sustain Caitlyn back up so she can continue pressuring — this attrition pattern is your win condition.
Avoid using your E aggressively to close distance; it should be reserved as a disengage tool when Camille attempts to hook onto you or Caitlyn.

You should not roam pre-6 — your lane is winning through sustained poke and Caitlyn needs your W sustain and E peel to stay safe against Camille's all-in threat.
Post-6, if you have pushed the wave and Caitlyn is safe, a roam with your R to mid can be impactful, but only when Camille's E is on cooldown or she is visibly low.

Do not stand in a position where Camille can E directly onto you — she will ignore Caitlyn and delete you instantly, which collapses the entire lane.
Your R should be used proactively to interrupt Camille's E or Hwei's channeled combo, not reactively after you are already hooked.
