Who Wins

Pre-6, you win the 2v2 due to superior range and your W trap synergy with Sona's poke — Hwei lacks reliable engage tools early and Camille needs to walk up to trade, which your range punishes hard.
Post-6, the matchup becomes more volatile: your R is single-target and can be blocked by Camille, while Hwei's R can set up a kill on you if Camille lands her E, so you no longer freely win all-ins.

Use your W to zone Camille away from the wave, then poke Hwei freely with Q and auto-attacks while Sona layers her Q poke on top — the goal is to force Hwei low enough that he cannot safely cast spells, as his damage requires him to stand still and channel combos.
Avoid extended trades where Camille can hook onto you with her E, as that negates your range advantage entirely.

Push the wave consistently with Q to deny Hwei safe farming, since he is a mana-hungry champion who struggles to CS under pressure without burning resources.
Avoid freezing unless you are significantly ahead, because a frozen wave near their tower gives Camille a safe angle to E onto you without overextending.

Do not stand in predictable positions that let Camille E onto you — she only needs one successful hook to delete you, especially post-6 with Hwei's R following up.
Respect her E range at all times and keep your W placed between you and her potential engage path.
