Who Wins

Pre-6, you and Zyra win most trades because Zyra's E root into plant damage combined with your Q poke creates a strong sustained damage pattern that Ezreal cannot easily disengage from without burning his E.
Post-6, your advantage grows as your Q stacks accumulate and your R provides a long-range execute threat, while Leona's engage becomes more dangerous but Zyra's R can counter it.

Your best trading pattern is to let Zyra root Leona or Ezreal with her E, then follow up with your Q and auto-attacks while they are locked down, using your W to heal back any poke you took; never initiate yourself as Leona will punish your short range.
Stack your Q on minions consistently and only trade when Zyra has her E available to provide the setup.

Prioritize stacking your Q on the wave as your primary win condition, since your mid and late game power scales directly with stacks; use Zyra's plant pressure to create a safe farming environment where Leona cannot freely engage.
Push the wave when ahead to deny Ezreal poke angles, but respect that Leona can dive you at tower if Zyra's cooldowns are down.

Do not overextend for poke trades without Zyra's E available, as Leona can instantly punish you with her E-W chain and your mobility is very limited early; you are not a duelist and should never be the one initiating aggression.
