Pre-6, this lane is genuinely dangerous for you: Thresh's hook range and Nilah's W damage-sharing passive make aggressive trades punishing, and you lack reliable engage to force favored fights before level 3 when your E comes online.
Post-6, your R becomes a serious threat if Nautilus lands his Q-hook chain, but Nilah's R can contest your R directly and Thresh's flay interrupts your dash setup, so the 2v2 remains contested rather than clearly won.

Your best trading pattern is to use your E to dash through Nautilus's hook target or Thresh's hooked enemy, stacking your passive with Q pokes from range before committing, then letting Nautilus's CC chain create the window for your R — never initiate the dash-in without CC already landing, because Thresh's E will interrupt your E mid-dash and leave you stranded.
