Who Wins

  • Pre-6, Ashe outranges you significantly and her W slow makes it very hard to close the gap safely — you lose extended poke trades and only win if Nautilus lands a hook first to let you dash in.
  • Post-6, if Nautilus hooks Ashe or Alistar, you can immediately dash in, build your style stacks off the CC chain, and R to delete a target before Alistar can peel.

Synergy & Trading

  • Never engage without Nautilus initiating first — your E dash onto a hooked target is the only safe entry point, since walking up against Ashe's range and Alistar's disengage without a setup gets you killed.
  • Once Nautilus lands his Q, dash in immediately, use your Q to stack style, and look to R if you reach S rank before they can escape.

Wave Control/Roaming

  • Push the wave hard early to deny Ashe her passive stacks on a slow wave and to force Alistar into uncomfortable positions where he can't freely roam or zone.
  • A fast-pushing wave also lets you reset and avoid prolonged poke trades where Ashe's range advantage compounds over time.

Mistakes to Avoid

  • Do not dash onto Alistar — his W and Q will knock you away and reset your positioning entirely, wasting your engage and leaving you exposed.
  • Always target Ashe with your dash after a Nautilus hook, as she has no hard escape and dies quickly under your combo.
