- Pre-6, you lose the ranged poke war against Tristana who outranges you significantly, and Pyke's hook threat punishes any aggressive positioning before level 3; you are not the 2v2 winner early without a clean Leona engage.
- Post-6, once Leona lands R and you have your R available, you win the all-in decisively because your R damage during Leona's lockdown is unmatched.
Synergy & Trading
- Wait for Leona to land E+Q, then immediately dash in with your E to stack your passive quickly using your W and auto-attacks, and only press R when you have 6 passive stacks — using R early wastes its burst window and gives Pyke time to E away.
Wave Control/Roaming
- Push the wave fast with Leona before looking for fights to deny Tristana her E reset farming pattern and to create a bouncing wave that forces Tristana to overextend; a slow or frozen wave heavily favors Tristana's range advantage over you.
Mistakes to Avoid
