Who Wins

Pre-6, you win the 2v2 if you can land your E+Q combo cleanly, but Pyke's E hook and Tristana's long range make this risky before level 3 when you have your full combo available.
Post-6, your R gives you a reliable engage tool that Pyke cannot match in raw lockdown duration, and Samira's R synergy makes the all-in decisively lethal.

You initiate with E onto Tristana or Pyke, immediately Q to extend the stun, and let Samira stack her passive and R — do not engage unless Samira is in melee range or closing fast, because a solo Leona dive without Samira follow-up is a free kill for Pyke.

You have no meaningful wave control tools, so focus on shoving the wave with Samira before engaging to deny Tristana a free reset pattern and to avoid being caught in a slow wave state where Pyke can hook you under tower.

Do not use your E aggressively when Pyke's E is up and off cooldown — Pyke can counter-hook you mid-dash and the trade immediately flips in their favor since you are now the one stunned and out of position.
