Who Wins

Pre-6, this lane is roughly even to slightly in your favor: your Q poke deals meaningful damage when it bounces off minions onto Jhin or Lux, and your W movement speed makes you harder to kite, but Lux E zone control and Jhin's range advantage at 550 mean you cannot freely walk up.
Post-6, you win the all-in decisively if Leona lands her E-R combo, because your R channels through Leona's lockdown and Jhin cannot reposition during his own R.

Let Leona engage first so Lux and Jhin are forced to burn their CC or dodge, then immediately activate W and unload autos plus E into whoever is rooted or stunned.
Do not try to Q poke in isolation — Jhin's fourth shot and Lux E punish you hard if you are out of position without Leona's threat present.

Push the wave consistently using E splash damage to shove Jhin under tower, which denies him his passive reload timing and forces Lux to waste E on wave clear rather than on you.
Avoid freezing because Jhin outranges you at a freeze and Lux can freely poke you while you try to last-hit.

Do not walk in a straight line toward Jhin when his fourth bullet is loaded — his W trap plus Lux E can chain-CC you into a fourth-shot kill even through your W speed.
Respect the Jhin-Lux poke pattern and only commit to a full trade when Leona has her E available.
