Who Wins
- Pre-6 you have a range and poke advantage: your 550 range plus Lux E zone forces Miss Fortune to play back, and your W trap in the brush denies Leona's aggressive level 2 all-in.
- Post-6 the lane becomes more dangerous because Miss Fortune R through Leona lockdown is a kill combo that outpaces your own R, which requires you to be immobile and at range.
Synergy & Trading
- Use Lux E to zone Leona out of engage range, then freely auto-poke Miss Fortune with your fourth shot reload pattern — she has no dash and must eat the damage or give up CS.
- When Leona steps forward, immediately W trap the path between her and you to slow her dash approach and give Lux time to land Q.
Wave Control/Roaming
- Maintain a slight freeze or slow push to keep the wave near your tower, which shortens Leona's engage distance and gives you tower safety if she lands E.
- Do not shove the wave into their tower because it removes your safety net and lets Leona walk up freely with no consequence.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Do not channel your R when Leona has E available and is within dash range — she will interrupt your channel mid-cast and you will have wasted your ultimate with zero damage.
