Who Wins

Pre-6 you have a meaningful level 2 spike: if you hit E-Q on Jhin or Lux at level 2 before they respect it, the trade is heavily in your favor because neither Jhin nor Lux has reliable disengage at that point.
Post-6 you win the all-in cleanly as long as your R lands, since Jhin's R is a channeled immobile ability that your R directly counters.

Walk up with W active to absorb Lux E and Jhin poke, then hard-engage with E-Q onto whichever target Miss Fortune can follow up on most easily — typically Jhin, who is squishier and has no escape.
Do not engage when Lux E is off cooldown and aimed at the lane brush you are standing in, as it will interrupt your approach.

You should not roam pre-6 because Miss Fortune has no self-peel and Jhin plus Lux will immediately punish a 1v2 situation with a kill.
Post-6, if you have shoved the wave and both enemies have burned their CC, a river roam to contest mid is viable, but only after confirming Miss Fortune is safe under tower.

Do not use E as a pure engage tool when Lux still has her Q available — Lux Q root into Jhin fourth shot will kill you mid-dash if you are low from poke.
Save W to absorb at least one ability before committing to the full E-Q all-in.
