Who Wins

Pre-6, you and Lucian win the 2v2 — your W attack speed buff directly amplifies Lucian's passive double-shot pattern and your E shield absorbs Jhin's fourth shot, which is Nami + Jhin's primary kill condition.
Post-6, your R is the critical tool: use it reactively to cleanse Nami's R or a landed Q, not proactively, as wasting it removes your win condition.

Your best pattern is to W Lucian before he dashes in for a trade, then position your Q to hit both enemies if they cluster — the slow from Q sets up Lucian's follow-up dash trades.
Avoid standing close to Lucian during trades, as Nami will target you with W-empowered autos to reduce your healing output.

You should generally not roam early because Lucian without peel against Jhin's fourth shot and Nami's CC is dangerous, and your roam speed is not exceptional.
If Lucian kills or flashes the enemy bot lane, you can fast-push and roam mid, but only with a clear wave advantage.

Do not use your R offensively as an engage tool — it is your primary defensive answer to Nami's R and Q chain, and burning it early leaves Lucian completely exposed to a Nami all-in.
Discipline with R timing is the single most important skill expression in this matchup.
