Pre-6, you win the 2v2 — Milio's W gives you empowered autos that proc your passive double-shots, and you can dash aggressively to dodge Nami's Q while Milio's E shield absorbs Jhin's fourth shot.
Post-6, Nami's R is a lane-wide threat but Milio's R cleanses it, so you retain the advantage as long as Milio uses R reactively to counter Nami's engage.

Your best pattern is to bait out Nami's Q by faking an aggressive step, then dash in once it misses and proc your passive with Milio's W buff active — this is your highest-damage window with minimal counterplay.
Avoid extended poke wars at max range where Jhin's fourth shot can chunk you, and instead look for short burst trades where your mobility gives you the exit.

Push the wave fast with your passive procs to deny Jhin fourth-shot poke on the wave, then look to freeze near your side or roam mid when Nami overextends for a Q.
A frozen wave near your tower is particularly punishing for Jhin, who has no mobility to safely farm under pressure.

Do not dash toward Nami when her Q is available — dashing into a bubble is a common death in this matchup and removes your mobility advantage entirely.
