Pre-6, you win the poke war against Caitlyn and Zilean if you respect Caitlyn's headshot range — your Q outranges Caitlyn's auto and your W can reflect Zilean's Q bombs back, giving you a meaningful edge in sustained harassment.
Post-6, your R execute threat on stacked targets is strong, but Zilean's R negates a kill on Caitlyn if she's low, so you must coordinate with Taric's R to force both ultimates before committing to a kill attempt.

Use your Q to poke Caitlyn and stack Overwhelm passively, then when Taric lands his E stun, immediately fire your E to root Caitlyn in place and extend the lockdown window for maximum stack detonation with your R.
Your W is critical here — if Zilean throws a Q bomb during the trade, reflect it back to punish him and deny the slow that would otherwise let Caitlyn escape.
