Pre-6, you win this lane clearly — your level 2 all-in with Nautilus hook is one of the strongest bot lane power spikes in the game, and Yunara has no mobility to escape and no damage ramp to fight back before stacks build.
Post-6, Yunara's R makes extended fights dangerous for you because her sustained hybrid damage with splash and laser W will outscale your burst pattern, so you must end fights quickly or disengage.

Your best trading pattern is to let Nautilus hook Yunara or Janna, immediately proc your passive double-shot on the hooked target, then use Q to push them back into Nautilus ult or follow-up CC.
Avoid extended fights where Yunara has full Q stacks active — your strength is burst windows, not sustained DPS races.

Push for level 2 first by hitting the three melee minions and two casters, then look for an immediate all-in with Nautilus hook — this is your strongest window in the entire laning phase.
After that, keep the wave near your side to bait Yunara into overextending for CS, where Nautilus hook becomes a kill threat.
