Who Wins

Pre-6, Lucian + Lux wins the 2v2 clearly — your passive synergy with Lux's abilities lets you burst Kai'Sa or Leona before they can fully engage, and Lux's E zone control prevents Leona from freely walking onto you.
Post-6, Leona's R changes the dynamic significantly, so you must respect the all-in threat and maintain enough distance to sidestep or dash away from her R.

Your best trading pattern is to bait Leona's E by standing just outside her range, let Lux root or slow one of them, then proc your passive twice on Kai'Sa to chunk her before she can retaliate.
Short trades with your E dash to reposition after each passive proc are far more efficient than extended fights where Leona's W armor stacks reduce your damage.

Push the wave consistently to deny Leona the slow-push setup she wants, and look to rotate to mid after a successful all-in kill — your mobility makes you one of the better ADCs for mid-roam pressure.
Avoid letting the wave freeze near their tower, as that is where Leona's engage is most dangerous with reduced escape angles.

Do not use your E aggressively into Leona when she has her E available — dashing toward her negates your escape tool and puts you inside her Q range, which is the exact scenario where Leona wins the trade.
