Who Wins

Pre-6, Lucian + Lux wins the 2v2 — Lucian's passive burst combined with Lux's poke and root means you will be zoned off farm and lose extended trades if you try to fight on even footing.
Post-6, the matchup becomes more even if Leona lands R, but Lucian's mobility and Lux's R still give the enemy lane meaningful kill threat on you if you overextend.

Your best trading pattern is to follow immediately after Leona's E lands — use your W to apply a stack from range, then close with E once Lucian is immobilized and stack passive to proc your Q burst.
Do not try to trade independently; Lucian out-duels you at most stages of the game without Leona's lockdown enabling you.

Play for a slow push into a freeze near your tower when behind, denying Lucian his preferred aggressive spacing and making Lux's skillshots harder to land in the cramped space near your tower.
When ahead, push fast to deny them recall timings and look to roam with Leona or take early Dragon.

Do not walk up to CS in Lux's E zone — she will root you and Lucian will immediately double-tap you for massive damage, and this is the primary way this lane loses kills to the enemy duo.
