Who Wins

Pre-6, you and Leona win the level 2 all-in decisively if Leona lands her E+Q, because Pantheon cannot shield fast enough and Aphelios has no escape — this is your strongest window and you should force it.
Post-6, your R onto Leona gives you a kill setup that Aphelios cannot react to in time, so you remain the dominant duo post-6 as long as you don't let Pantheon poke Leona below half health before the fight.

Your best pattern is to stack rend on Aphelios while Leona holds Pantheon in place with her CC, then rend-burst Aphelios before Pantheon can turn onto Leona.
If Pantheon uses W on Leona, immediately pivot to poking Aphelios with spears and save rend for when he tries to disengage.

Slow-push the wave into a large crash before Leona's level 2 to deny Pantheon the ability to roam and to set up a dive on Aphelios under tower.
After the crash, reset the wave to a slow push again — Aphelios cannot safely farm under pressure and Pantheon's roam threat is your biggest concern, so keeping the wave in a state that punishes roaming is optimal.

Do not dash aggressively into Pantheon's W range while trying to stack spears — he will stun you and Aphelios will follow up, reversing the trade entirely.
Your mobility is for repositioning and kiting, not for closing gaps onto a champion with a point-and-click stun.
