Who Wins
- Pre-6, you lose extended trades because Soraka's W sustain outheals your DPS at early levels, and Twitch's poison stacking combined with Soraka healing makes attrition unfavorable for you.
- Post-6, the dynamic shifts because Pyke's R creates kill pressure that Soraka cannot fully heal through, and your R lets you follow up on any target Pyke isolates.
Synergy & Trading
- Your best pattern is to let Pyke hook Soraka first, then immediately stack your passive on Twitch with your Q and W before using E to close and proc your isolated target bonus.
- Never trade into Twitch while Soraka is free to heal, because her W cooldown is short enough to sustain through your burst if she is unthreatened.
Wave Control/Roaming
- Play for a slow push into a freeze-break pattern: let the wave build slightly in your favor, then crash it to deny Twitch farm under tower while Pyke looks to roam.
