Who Wins
- You win pre-6 2v2s through Q poke advantage and Nami sustain, plus your E escape makes their all-ins difficult to execute.
- Post-6 you lose if Nautilus lands R since Vayne's stealth and damage will kill you through your escape tools.
Synergy & Trading
- Poke with Q when Vayne steps up to farm, then E away if Nautilus tries to hook your aggressive positioning.
- Use W-E-Q combo for burst trades when Nautilus abilities are on cooldown and Nami can heal you back up.
Wave Control/Roaming
- Keep the wave in the middle or slightly pushing to maintain Q poke angles while staying safe from ganks with E.
- Recall on cannon waves after poking them low to maintain your health and mana advantage.
Mistakes to Avoid
