LaneDiff costs me $50/month to run. If it helped you win a lane, a small tip keeps it alive. 💙

Who Wins
- Pre-6, you and Nautilus win the 2v2 convincingly — your level 2 spike with Spinning Axes and Nautilus Q hook is one of the strongest early power spikes in the bot lane, and Leona cannot safely engage before she has her full combo online.
- Post-6, you retain the advantage because your R provides global kill pressure and your damage output with stacked axes will outpace Aphelios in a straight fight if Nautilus keeps Leona locked down.
Synergy & Trading
- Your best pattern is to let Nautilus hook Leona first, then immediately stack Spinning Axes onto her while she is immobilized — Leona has high base resistances so prioritize dumping maximum damage during the CC window rather than spreading damage.
- After the hook trade, back off and reset your axes before Leona can chain her E-Q onto you.
Wave Control/Roaming
- Freeze the wave near your side of the lane whenever possible to create long hook angles for Nautilus and force Aphelios to overextend for CS, making him vulnerable to being hooked and burst.
- Avoid hard shoving the wave into their tower since it removes your axe-catching space and lets Leona walk up safely.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Do not drop your Spinning Axes to dodge Leona's E — repositioning to catch axes is correct, but if it walks you into Nautilus's hook range or Leona's E path, you will take a full combo for it.
- Greed on axes is the primary mechanical mistake that loses this lane for you.
