Who Wins

  • Pre-6, you win this lane clearly due to your 650 range advantage over Tristana's 525 — you can auto-attack Tristana freely while she struggles to retaliate, and Thresh's hook threat forces Milio to play defensively.
  • Post-6, you maintain the advantage because your R provides a long-range execute and Thresh's R into your trap is a reliable kill setup that Milio's R must be baited out before executing.

Synergy & Trading

  • Your best pattern is to place traps at the wave's edge to zone Tristana off CS, then poke her with autos and Q whenever she steps up to farm.
  • When Thresh hooks Tristana or Milio, immediately follow with a Q headshot proc to maximize burst before Milio can heal or shield.

Wave Control/Roaming

  • You want to slow-push the wave into a large minion wave and then freeze it near your tower, because this forces Tristana to overextend into Thresh hook range to farm and denies her the ability to safely stack E on you.
  • A frozen wave also removes Tristana's option to shove and reset, keeping her in a permanently uncomfortable position.

Mistakes to Avoid

  • Do not waste your E net aggressively to chase Tristana — it is your only escape tool against her R knockback, and using it offensively leaves you with no answer when she jumps onto you with a full E stack.
