LaneDiff costs me $50/month to run. If it helped you win a lane, a small tip keeps it alive. 💙

Who Wins
- Pre-6, Alistar's level 2 spike is stronger than yours in a direct 2v2 — if Alistar hits W+Q on Yunara before you can hook Ezreal, you lose the trade because Yunara has no escape and Ezreal will follow up freely.
- Post-6, Yunara's R gives her survivability and sustained damage, but Ezreal's E and Alistar's peel still make it difficult to convert hooks into kills unless you hook Ezreal when he is isolated or out of position.
Synergy & Trading
- Your best trading pattern is to hook Ezreal when he steps up to Q poke — Ezreal's Q requires him to position forward, creating hook windows, and if you land the hook while Yunara has W ready to slow, the follow-up damage is significant.
- Avoid hooking Alistar; he will simply use the pull to engage on Yunara, turning your hook into a liability.
Wave Control/Roaming
- You should not roam — Alistar is a better roamer than you and leaving Yunara alone against Ezreal + Alistar is a death sentence for her pre-6 given her immobility.
- Stay in lane, protect Yunara from Alistar engages, and use your passive shield to absorb poke while looking for hook opportunities on Ezreal.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Do not use your Q hook as a panic button when Alistar is already engaging on Yunara — if you hook Alistar mid-combo, you pull him closer to Yunara rather than saving her, and you waste your primary tool.
- Your hook is an offensive weapon to catch Ezreal out of position, not a defensive tool against Alistar's engage; when Alistar dives, use your E knockup to interrupt his combo instead.
