Who Wins

Pre-6, Kalista + Leona win the 2v2 — Leona's level 2 all-in with E+Q onto you is extremely punishing, and Kalista's stacking damage during the lockdown means you will lose extended trades before you can kite out.
Post-6, you gain more agency with your R giving you movement speed and empowered shots, but Leona's R still hard-counters your kiting if she lands it, so the 2v2 remains dangerous unless you have a significant lead.

Your best trading pattern is to use your E to reposition laterally or through terrain to dodge Leona's E, then poke with Q from max range while Lux threatens with her E to zone them off.
Never commit to a sustained trade in melee range — your damage output requires movement and you die quickly if Leona sticks to you.

Push the wave consistently with Q to maintain priority, which lets you dodge Leona's engage by having more space and forces Kalista to farm under pressure.
Avoid letting the wave freeze under their tower because Leona will look to all-in you every time you step up to last-hit.

Do not use your E aggressively into Leona — if she E's you mid-dash or immediately after, you have no escape tool and will die to the full Leona + Kalista combo.
Respect the kill threat at all times and never stand still near Leona's engage range.
