Who Wins

Pre-6, you and Leona win the 2v2 — Leona's level 2 all-in combined with your stacking passive damage on a locked target is one of the strongest early kill patterns in the game, and Zeri has no reliable escape if Leona lands E+Q.
Post-6, Lux's R gives the enemy a long-range punish tool and Zeri's R improves her kiting, so the 2v2 becomes more even and you should avoid extended fights unless you have a clear positional advantage.

Your best trading pattern is to stack spears on Zeri or Lux during any Leona engage, then use your E to dash away once the trade is over to avoid Lux's follow-up Q or E.
Never stand still — your damage is entirely tied to your ability to kite and stack, so constant movement is mandatory.

Push the wave with Leona's help early to establish priority, then look to poke Zeri off the wave with auto-attack stacks whenever she steps up.
If Lux is shoving the wave, respect her E zoning and do not walk into it just to trade — wait for it to expire before engaging.

Do not over-commit to chasing Zeri when she uses her E to escape — her mobility on a short cooldown means you will waste your own positioning and leave yourself vulnerable to Lux's Q or E.
Accept that she escaped and reset to a favorable position rather than burning your own dash.
