Who Wins
- Pre-6, you lose the lane — Caitlyn's range keeps you from freely trading and Diana's level 3 W+E combo punishes any shadow placement you make near the wave.
- Post-6, you have a kill window on Caitlyn with your R, but Diana's R will follow immediately, so your survival depends entirely on Lulu's W and R timing to negate Diana's burst.
Synergy & Trading
- Your best trading pattern is to use W to place a shadow behind Caitlyn's position, then E+Q to poke before immediately returning to your shadow — do not commit to a full all-in unless Lulu has confirmed she will R or W Diana during your engage.
- Short shadow trades are your safest option until you have enough items to one-shot Caitlyn through Diana's follow-up.
Wave Control/Roaming
- Push the wave when possible to reduce Caitlyn's trap placement efficiency and force her to auto-attack under pressure — a pushed wave also limits Diana's roam window since she needs to clear before leaving.
- Avoid letting the wave freeze near your tower because Caitlyn's range lets her freely poke you while you farm under tower with no safe angle to retaliate.
Mistakes to Avoid
- Do not R Caitlyn without confirming that Lulu is ready to W or R Diana — Diana will R onto you the moment you commit, and without Lulu's intervention you will die during your own assassination attempt.
- Also avoid placing your W shadow in obvious positions that Caitlyn has pre-trapped with E, as landing on a trap during your engage completely negates your burst window.
