Who Wins

  • Pre-6, you and Aphelios dominate this lane — your range lets you poke both Twitch and Senna for free while Aphelios controls the space, and neither enemy has a reliable way to close the gap or sustain through your combined damage.
  • Post-6, Twitch's R changes the dynamic and you must respect his all-in, but your E is a critical peel tool that can interrupt Senna's Q root and disrupt their engage pattern.

Synergy & Trading

  • Your best pattern is to land your Q poke on Senna to drain her mana and health, then use your E to interrupt any Senna Q root attempt before Twitch can capitalize — denying their setup tool is more valuable than raw damage output.
  • When Twitch goes invisible, immediately use your E in his likely path or on Senna to prevent the CC chain from completing.

Wave Control/Roaming

  • You should not roam early because your value in this lane is too high — Aphelios needs your poke to maintain the pressure that keeps Twitch from farming safely, and leaving gives Twitch a free window to all-in Aphelios alone.
  • Post-6, your R can assist other lanes globally without abandoning Aphelios, which is almost always preferable to a physical roam.

Mistakes to Avoid

  • Do not use your E reactively only as a stun — its interrupt on Senna's Q is its highest-value use in this matchup, and saving it purely for a stun combo means Twitch gets free all-in windows every time Senna's Q is up.
  • Mismanaging your mana by spamming Q at max range without hitting is also a critical mistake, as running low on mana removes your poke threat and hands lane control to Twitch and Senna.
