Who Wins

Pre-6, you lose the 2v2 because Caitlyn's range forces you to farm under threat and Rakan's W engage is faster than your W feather setup can punish — you need Lux's Q to land to create any favorable trade.
Post-6, your R makes you untargetable and immune to Caitlyn's R, which is a massive power spike that lets you survive all-ins and punish overextension with your own R follow-up.

Place feathers with your Q and E before committing to any trade, then use your W to pull them through Caitlyn and Rakan simultaneously — this is your primary damage pattern and requires setup time that you must create by forcing them to respect Lux's poke.
Never auto-attack into Caitlyn's trap range without feathers already on the ground, as you need the return damage to win extended trades against her headshot burst.

Slow-push the wave by letting it build with minimal interference, then crash it under their tower to create a reset window — this denies Caitlyn her preferred poke range and gives you time to set up feather angles.
Avoid hard shoving because Rakan will use the downtime to roam or engage on you while you are animation-locked on minions.

Do not use your R reactively to dodge Rakan's W alone — save it for when Caitlyn's R is also incoming or when you are caught in a losing all-in with no escape.
Using R early wastes your primary survival tool and leaves you exposed to Rakan's follow-up CC after the immunity ends.
