Pre-6, Xayah + Rakan is a stronger lane than Jinx + Rakan on paper, but here you have Camille whose E can bypass your feather setup and Rakan who can engage before your feathers are placed — level 2 is dangerous if they hit it first.
Post-6, your R gives you a personal escape from Camille's R isolation, which is a significant advantage, but Rakan's R into Camille's R can still burst Jinx before you can respond.

Your optimal pattern is to auto-Q-auto to place feathers in their path, bait Rakan into engaging, then E-root both of them while Jinx unloads Minigun stacks — the root window is your only reliable damage window in this matchup.
Do not use E reactively to escape; use it proactively when feathers are already placed so the root actually deals damage.

You want a slow push into a freeze near your tower to deny Camille CS and reduce Rakan's engage windows — Camille needs gold to be relevant and starving her early is a legitimate win condition.
Avoid hard-shoving unless you have vision of the enemy jungler, because a crashed wave with Rakan and Camille alive is an invitation for a dive.
