Pre-6, Rakan + Camille wins this lane convincingly at level 2 if you hit W onto Jinx first — Jinx has no escape and Camille's E follow-up is a near-guaranteed kill or flash burn.
Post-6, you continue to win the 2v2 because your R into Camille's R creates a two-target lockdown that Jinx cannot escape and Xayah can only avoid by burning her own R.

Your trading pattern is to W onto Jinx specifically — not Xayah — because Xayah's R makes her unkillable mid-fight and Jinx is the immobile carry you can delete.
After landing W, immediately E back to Camille to give her the movement speed boost so she can close on Jinx before Xayah's feathers root you.

You should roam aggressively once you hit level 6: your R covers enormous distance and your W gives you instant engage on any squishy mid-laner.
Optimal roam timing is after a successful level 2 or level 3 all-in that burns Jinx's flash — recall, back to lane briefly, then roam mid at level 6 while Camille freezes the wave.

Do not waste W on Xayah when she has feathers on the ground — she will E-root you mid-dash and you will have burned your engage tool for nothing.
Avoid standing near Xayah's feather trail at any point; her E root into Jinx W Chompers is the only realistic way this lane flips against you.
