Who Wins

Pre-6, you and Rakan win this lane at level 2-3 because your E onto Jinx is a guaranteed kill setup if Rakan lands W first — Jinx has no mobility and your true damage passive shreds her early.
Post-6, your R hard-counters Jinx specifically by isolating her away from Xayah's peel, and Rakan's R into your R is a two-person death sentence for whichever carry you target.

Your trading pattern is to let Rakan initiate with W, then E in from an angle Jinx cannot predict — use your Q first hit for the shield, then Q second hit for the slow to keep her in range for your full combo.
Do not E in without Rakan's CC landing first; Xayah's E root will catch you mid-dash if you engage alone.

You should not roam early — your value is in the bot lane kill pressure and leaving Jinx free to farm and scale is a direct loss condition since she outscales you in a long game.
If you must roam, do it only after a successful kill or flash-burn that puts Jinx behind, and only if your jungler is covering bot.

Do not use R on Xayah — she will simply R out of your isolation cage and you will have wasted your kill tool on the wrong target.
Never E into the lane without vision of the enemy jungler; a Jinx + Xayah + jungler collapse on an overextended Camille with E on cooldown is a free kill.
