Who Wins

  • Pre-6 you and MF win clearly — your Q slow into W knockup combo at level 3 is a near-guaranteed chunk, and Yunara has no mobility to dodge your skillshots before R.
  • Post-6 Yunara's dash makes your R harder to land, but if you root her with your W first and MF follows with R, the kill window still exists before Soraka can fully heal.

Synergy & Trading

  • Your best trading pattern is to lead with Q to slow Yunara, then immediately W to knock her up and stack your passive passive for the true damage proc, while MF uses the setup to proc her passive double-shot.
  • Do not try to poke Soraka as your primary target — she heals through it and you waste passive stacks; focus Yunara to force Soraka into a reactive healing role.

Wave Control/Roaming

  • You should not roam early because your wave clear is slow without your full rotation, and leaving MF alone in a 1v2 against Soraka's healing is a losing trade.
  • If you have a significant level or gold lead after a successful kill, a mid roam at level 6 with R is viable, but only after crashing the wave so MF is not left in a bad spot.

Mistakes to Avoid

  • Do not channel R when Yunara has R available and is not already hard-CC'd — she will dash out and you deal minimal damage while burning your ultimate.
  • Also avoid using your full rotation on Soraka thinking you can kill her, because her self-heal and Yunara's presence means you will run out of cooldowns without securing a kill and be vulnerable to their counter-engage.
