Pre-6, you and Draven win this lane — your long-range poke denies Aphelios safe farming and forces Bard off chime collection, while Draven's raw damage makes any engage suicidal for them.
Post-6, your R is a decisive teamfight tool, but Bard's R can stasis Draven out of your R's damage window, so coordinate carefully.

Your best trading pattern is to stack your passive on Aphelios with Q and E from max range before Draven initiates — three stacks of true damage significantly reduces Aphelios's health before a real fight begins.
